About Us

College Station Plumbing is a family owned and operated business. We have been in Bryan-College Station for 35+ years and have 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry. New Commercial and Commercial remodels are our specialty.

Terry Service

Owner and Founder

Terry Service is a true local, through and through. His 20 years of plumbing experience and business management are all rooted in Bryan/College Station. Terry's dedication to quality, expert plumbing at reasonable price led him to the concept of College Station Plumbing. He and Tiger, his life-long friend, began to build the concept of a business based on hard work, excellent service, and the pride of offering consistent quality to each client. The dream came to fruition in 2017 and CSP has been providing excellent residential and commercial services since. Terry is a proud husband and father, lover of Texas A&M Football, and passionate angler. His spare time is usually spent on a boat, rain or shine, searching for the second greatest catch of his life. Christy is clearly his greatest catch ever.

Christy Potter Service

Owner and Founder

Christy Service is a lifelong resident of Bryan/College Station. She was born in Florida, but was proudly Bryan raised. She is passionate about the local community and all things Brazos Valley, so becoming a business owner seemed to be in the cards for her. With over 20 years of experience in accounting, business management, and finance, she plays an important role in College Station Plumbing. Christy is a voice of reason, an organizer, an accountant, and the one who keeps everyone in line at CSP. Christy serves annually in the PTO and is an active member of the Junior League. Her most important role is that of a dedicated momma and a loving (read: tolerant) wife to Terry. Whenever she isn't wrangling plumbers, Christy enjoys time with her family and friends, her dog, and long naps (preferably by the beach).

Tiger Green

Owner and Founder

Tiger Green is a proud Bryan/College Station native. He began his career just after high school and has spent 15 years offering quality plumbing services to the Brazos Valley. Tiger has worked alongside Terry throughout his career and the two men found that they had a like-minded view of quality, service, and workmanship. This important commonality led to the framework for what it is College Station Plumbing today. As high school friends who have grown into business partners, Tiger and Terry faithfully bring their integrity, values, and expertise to each job. Tiger is a dedicated friend, a husband, father, an absolute riot to be around. There is nothing he wouldn't do for those he cares for most. He is often found right next to Terry on a boat somewhere, cracking jokes and planning out the next steps to grow their enterprise.
